Wade Waived + Steinerfest
The Rangers said goodbye to Wade Redden today while the BB staff attended Steinerfest IV at Iona College...
Wade Redden will likely be taking his talents to Hartford
As most of you have probably heard by now, the Rangers have decided to waive Wade Redden. He can now be sent to Hartford or overseas and his salary cap hit will be erased.
The BB staff spent the day at Iona College for Steinerfest IV Hockey Greats hosted by Steiner Sports. Gordie Howe, Mario Lemieux, Mark Messier, Brian Leetch and many, many more were part of the fantastic event.
We'll have a full recap of the Redden news and tonight's preseason game along with exclusive pictures from Steinerfest and interviews with Adam Graves and Harry Howell in the coming days.
